Burial Agency

An elite organization within the Church composed of special fighters like Ciel. They are not exorcists that dispels demons, but executors who wipe them out from existence.

As long as that someone is strong, they will include him/her in their members, even if it means he or she's not truly faithful. Some of the members consisting this crazy group are: A one who loves to use sorcery when it's a taboo within the Church, a one who uses the captured heretics as slaves, a modern firearms geek, and a blood thirsty killer. There are currently 7 members, and another back up member making it 8. A talented Chuch member is chosen as the back up, but they change all the time because they die so quickly. They never join up with other demon hunter forces and each member always works independently. They even ignore the Church's order at times to defeat their enemies.

Arcueid once in a while cooperated with the Church in order to defeat the dead apostles. They don't like that idea, and even though Arcueid isn't on their hit list, they want to seal her if they get a chance.

The 27 Ancestors, Merm Solomon and El Nahat seem to be forced to cooperate with the Burial Agency, but we don't really know for sure what they are thinking.
