Mystic Eyes

An single action magical execution that mages use.

Uses the eyes that is normally used to gain information from the outside world to act towards the outside world from within. It casts a spell on everyone in its view, and if the target sees the caster's eyes, the spell power is strengthened. Because of this powerful characteristic and secrecy, it is considered to be a sign of a first class mage. However the powerful kinds of Mystic Eyes are only limited to those who are born with it. Artificial Mystic Eyes can only carry the power of hypnosis at the most. It is impossible to recreate something like Shiki's Eyes of Death Perception or the Eyes of Petrification by sorcery.

The Mystic Eyes can be ranked by color, and regular Mystic Eyes glow red or green. The more powerful ones shine in gold, and the divinely ones glitters in rainbow color.

By the way, Akiha's "Drain" is similar to a Mystic Eyes, but it's more like a curse than a Mystic Eye. Also, although Shiki's ability is called the "Mystic Eyes" of Death Perception, it is technically a psychic ability.
