Reality Marble of Nero that Roa taught him. He uses a part of his body to create a mud-like cage to trap his opponents and eat them alive. The cage that he created against Arcueid uses 500 of his lives and it's supposedly so strong that trying to escape out of it is equal to destroying a whole continent.
