The Forest of Einnashe

Nicknamed the 腑海林 (Disemboweling Sea of Trees). aka the Intelligent Forest. A tree that absorbed the blood of dead apostle Einnashe became a vampiric creature. Its illusion-like power controls the whole forest which is 50 kilometers wide. There is a legend that its fruit will give the power of immortality to those who eat it.

It's usually hidden somewhere, but shows itself every 50 years when it activates itself to drink blood. All living beings who enters this forest are attacked by the trees and all of its branches. When they are active, the blood running through the trees make them glow reddish black. The Church tried to terminate it every 50 years by sending in troops but they have failed everytime. Many hunters who pursued the fruit also entered the forest and followed the same fate. One can not even use sorcery inside this forest because all of the mana is taken by Einnashe. Terminated by Shiki with Ciel's help in a side story.

It looks like Arcueid is the one who defeated the original Einnashe with the help of Ren's original master. The original Einnnashe had a power to control people's memory.
